Founding story
Volt Title Services was founded by Rich King after more than two decades of experience across title, settlement, and right-of-way services revealed a persistent industry gap. He was a pioneer in delivering specialized title, closing, and right-of-way solutions to the telecommunications sector, helping support large-scale network deployment and infrastructure expansion.
Over the course of his career, Rich worked extensively with complex commercial transactions, infrastructure projects, capital markets participants, and national underwriters. Through this work, he observed that multi-parcel and infrastructure-driven projects were often routed through high-volume systems designed for standard transactions. As a result, these projects frequently lacked direct accountability, experienced oversight, and timely problem-solving. As development in energy, EV infrastructure, and other large-scale projects accelerated, the limitations of traditional title and closing models became increasingly clear.
Volt Title Services was created to address these challenges. Built around senior-level involvement, disciplined execution, and relationship-driven service, the firm delivers title, settlement, and closing solutions tailored to complex transactions.
